Autumn leaves

Autumn arrived almost one month ago, I’ve been planning for weeks to adapt the template of the Zoo website to the season changing but it was hard to do while the weather in the Southern Italy was still so sunny and hot (just like today).

Ok I’m late, but try to understand me, I’m grew up surrounded by evergreen trees in a city also known as “the land of sun” …so how could you pretend from me to be perfectly syncronized to foliage timing?

Especially now, when I’m trying to set the clock of my point of view on “it’s never too late in life”. :)

Four seasons’ set now on sell

Hi everybody!

In this hot almost-summer day it’s time to put the “Four seasons” postcards in my shops on DaWanda and Etsy.

If you’re thinking to buy them and you’re able to read Dutch language, please, consider to buy them on Dierenhulp Zonder Grenzen (Animalhelp without Borders), as all the money you will spend to buy my postcards on this website will be used to help an Italian animal shelter. Instead, if you’ll buy them in my shops your money will be used just to replace all the items that Pepe destroyed last night in the Zoo-house.

After the third crash in the same night we all agree that to let Pepe sleep all day long until midnight is a HUGE mistake. To let him move in the house uncontrolled and so full of energy could be very dangerous…especially if you, once you got up from your bed, discover him quietly laying down on the broken glass pieces as a faqir!

Animal’s shelter illustration #3

Finally the third illustration to help the animal shelter in L’Aquila is done! It made me sweat a lot but I’m happy of how it looks now. At the end I had the idea to make four illustrations, one for each season…I hope it would be clear for everyone that this one represents Autumn…and the idea of “taking care of someone else”.

It would be so nice if with some illustrations the Zoo could really help some pets not as lucky as us (I really feel myself as part of the Zoo!).

Unfortunately I don’t have any idea for the last one…I’d better think…
